Rumor Has It: Setting the Record Straight is a short, informative podcast hosted by Cedar Springs Public School's Superintendent Scott Smith and produced by juniors John Williamson and Caleb Koeppel. New episodes will begin in March 2026 and release every other Tuesday, running 15–30 minutes.
Each episode takes on a “rumor,” explains the facts, and shows how decisions support student learning and success. You will also hear student voices, along with staff and community members, and enjoy topics that celebrate student growth, kindness, and achievement.

Together, they talk about why S.O.A.R. was added to the schedule, how it supports student learning, and the impact it has had on students and staff throughout the school year.
